You will be given an appointment time and the doctor will phone you as near as possible to this time as circumstances allow. This option has proved very popular with people who are at work, or parents with young children. HOW DO I... Appointments may be made by telephoning 810722 or in person at the surgery and may be made up to two weeks in advance. This enables us to offer you an appointment at a time suitable to your requirements. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible as we may be able to offer it to someone else. HOW DO I... If you consider your problem to be urgent and cannot wait for a routine appointment we are able to offer urgent same-day consultations. HOW DO I... Requests for non-urgent home visits should be made before 11.00am. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
